Sora Kimberlain: Eloquence in Stone

     Sora is primarily a stone sculptor. Her works have been shown in solo and group exhibitions at venues such as Femina Potens Gallery (San Francisco, CA), the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts (Omaha, NE), Blue Moon Gallery (Bali, Indonesia), Libreria Spazio Libre (Sicily, Italy) and the Museum of Nebraska Art (Kearney, NE).  She is the recipient of awards and grants from numerous organizations including the National Endowment for the Arts, the Rockefeller Foundation and the Nebraska Arts Council.  This show represents a culmination of her work from the past five years.
