Michael Tegland
Michael Tegland has been been highly recognized for his intricate, meticulously drawn graphite works.
He is the recipient of the Omaha Arts and Entertainment Award in 2012 and was again nominated in 2013. Tegland's work was acquired into the Sheldon Museum of Art's permanent collection in 2013.
Michael Tegland was the Chief Preparator at the Joslyn Art Museum in Omaha for nearly 30 years.
He studied art at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. His work resides in numerous private and public collections.
